How to place an order:
   Option #1- Purchase Orders; scan and email your completed purchase order, when it is                              received your order will be processed and shipped

   Option #2- Credit Cards; we will accept your credit card order over the phone

   Option #3 -Mail Checks/Money Orders; place item number on check/money order

MSCL Publishing Terms:
1. MSCL Publishing accepts purchase orders, bank checks, credit cards and money orders.

2. For purchase orders, Public Schools, Colleges, and Universities: No credit check is 
    required.

3. Your order will be processed upon approval of your payment. This process may take 3-4 
    business days for public schools.

4. Due to the digital nature of our products, we have a no return policy. We 
    do not accept returns for any reason. However, if the materials are faulty, we will
    replace them.

5. Our products are sold as "Ebooks" which are PDF files. With your purchase you will
    recieve a cd that contains the PDF file. The only time you would recieve a paper copy of
    any book is with the purchase of the MSCL Complete Edition where you one teacher
    copy of the book printed front and back on standard paper and bound by sirclebind CB-
    110. This type of binding makes it easy for the book to lie flat, giving the teacher full
    view of the student instructions, teacher instructions and note section.

6. With the purchase of an ebook/site license you have the rights to print and use the
    product as you see fit in your building. There is no time limit or expiration.

7. All site license/ebooks are limited to the school in which they are purchased and are non 
    transferable.

8. Ohio schools need to add 6.5% sales tax. Or provide your tax exempt information.

9. MSCL Publishing reserves the rights to change these policies at any time.
